During last weeks European heatwave this particular idiot had the misfortune of spending the UK’s hottest day ever in business attire traipsing between Gatwick to central London for work.
Its fair to say that suits and 37º heat do not go together!
It was so hot on the tube that after work I preferred to take my chances and walk to my accommodation rather than jam myself into packed carriages full of equally hot and tired people.
These are just a few snapshots that I took as I walked and a couple of shots from the hotel window. I’d have loved to have spent a bit more time and effort but this really wasn’t the day for it.
